Steve Lampasona

Steve is based in Tampa, Florida where he manages our National Work Order business. Born in Freeport Long Island, NY Steve has had a wide experience in many related industries before landing at Harrison Contracting.

Steve has a significant technology background which began in 1984 at IBM in upstate New York. His title was Software Debugger and System Programmer.

Steve was lured away from IBM by the Raymond Corporation, a preeminent manufacturer of Lift Trucks. It was here he honed his significant knowledge of warehousing and maintenance. Coincidentally, the target customer at that time was Home Depot and some years later he was recruited to this venerable company to become the Maintenance Manager for Florida.  And, while at the top of his game a fortuitous meeting with HCC owner Bill Harrison brought Steve to us.

Steve has done a terrific job nurturing relationships for Work Order business with a host of Fortune 500 companies, including Office Depot. To put this relationship into perspective, HCC  is the general maintenance contractor for 235 Office Depot’s in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas  and Oklahoma. And we are their painting contractor nationwide thanks in large part to our huge HCC employee base, and a phenomenal coast to coast partner network.
