Bill has lived in the Villa Rica area most of his life and began his career as a painter's helper in the same field as his father, Deryl. Bill continued to grow in the painting business holding various positions including; Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Manager. In 1995, Bill and Deryl co-founded Harrison Contracting Company where Bill has now been leading as President for nearly 20 years. As an engaged company leader, Bill prides himself on being a hands-on manager enhancing employee engagement and maximizing customer satisfaction. In rare times Bill is not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and enjoying his passion for cars.
Executive Vice President
Originally from south Georgia, Calvin has been with Harrison Contracting for 21 years. He began his career as an estimator, quickly advancing to Project Manager, and then Operations Manager before becoming Vice President in 2000. He’s a man of many hats and keeps himself in-tune with all aspects of the painting industry and is constantly working to keep HCC “cutting-edge”. Calvin has a passion for education in our industry and is a prior member of the AGC Board of Directors and Chairman of the AGC Young Leadership Program. He’s also a prior member of the AGC National’s Construction Leadership Council. He is currently in his second term on the CEFGA Board of Directors and is also the current Chairman of the AGC Executive Alliance. Outside of work, Calvin enjoys spending time with his family, off-roading in his Jeep and anything outdoors.
Director of Field Operations
Juan joined the Harrison Contracting team in 2001 as a painter. He rapidly progressed to Foreman and General Superintendent over the entire painting division. Juan’s knowledge of field operations, people skills, and attention to detail, moved him into his current role as Director of Field Operations. In this capacity, Juan is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of all our paint crews and field leadership ensuring efficient and safe project completion. He is an integral part of the continued growth at Harrison Contracting. Juan is passionate about family and his sons football career.
A resident of Carrolton area, Chris came to Harrison Contracting over 10 years ago with 15 years of paint industry experience in Sales and Management. As a former student of Civil Engineering at Southern Polytechnic, Chris is passionate about constantly improving processes, for Harrison, and its customers. In his current role, Chris oversees the National Accounts division and helps drive operational excellence to promote customer satisfaction and retention. His experience in field sales and operational management are paramount to HCC success. When not working, Chris loves spending time with his wife and working on cars.
Director of Strategic Alliances
Sean joined Harrison Contracting Company in June 2018. With more than 30 years experience in the paint industry, Sean has worked in a number of sales and marketing leadership roles. In this new role for Harrison Contracting, Sean will be working to further develop HCC market strategy through enhanced customer relationships and relevant marketing/branding tools. Sean’s customer-focused background and experience will enable Harrison Contracting to continue building more relevant and long-standing customer partnerships. In his spare time, Sean enjoys his passion for church, family, and golf.
Director of Office Operations
Krystle started with Harrison in 2011 as a receptionist. Within just a few short years, she was promoted through various roles including Project Assistant, Project Manager, and Accounting before her current position as Director of Office Operations. In this role, Krystle uses her organizational skills in the development and implementation of HCC policies and procedures. During her off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
Joshua Boatright is the Controller at Harrison Contracting, with 16 years’ experience. His background includes six combat tours with the 75th Ranger Regiment, a Master of Public Accountancy, and seven years of accounting experience. Leading the Finance and Administrative teams, Joshua is responsible for the delivery of financial services such as accounting, treasury, reporting, budgeting analysis, and insurance management.
Director of Safety & Quality
Scott has been with Harrison Contracting for more than 17 years. Beginning as a Foreman, Scott quickly became a Superintendent and General Superintendent before becoming Director of Safety and Quality Assurance in 2008. In this role, Scott consistently drives HCC safety and quality standards by visiting and inspecting multiple projects every year. In a typical month, Scott and his team make site inspections on more than 250 projects to uphold Harrison quality standards and safety practices. Additionally, Scott and the safety team lead the entire organization through our annual Safety Day; a hands-on and instructional “university” reviewing multiple safety practices and processes. When not at work, Scott enjoys hunting with his favorite bird-dog, Gracie, and spending time with his wife.
