Bill is a native of Georgia having lived in the Villa Rica/Douglasville area most of his life. He began his career as a painter's helper working in the same field as his father, Deryl Harrison, who started his commercial painting company in 1978. As Bill's career progressed, he took positions as a Job Foreman and later as a Superintendent over field operations. For the last 13 years, Bill has served as President of Harrison Contracting Company, which he co-founded with his father in 1995. Bill is an engaged company leader who prides himself on being a hands-on manager to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Chris comes to Harrison Contracting with over 15 years experience in Sales and Management. He attended Southern Polytechnic State University with a major in Civil Engineering. He takes personal responsibility for the performance and growth of the entire Harrison team. Starting as an estimator, advancing to Project Manager and Operations Manager, Calvin became Vice President in 2000. He’s a man of many hats and keeps himself in-tune with all aspects of operations. He and his team are constantly working to keep HCC on the cutting edge of our industry. Calvin is a prior member of the AGC Board of Directors and CEFGA Board of Directors, has served as Chairman of the AGC Young Leadership Program and was appointed to the National AGC Construction Leadership Program Council.

Frank S. Allen
Frank joined HCC in 2017 with more than 25 years of experience in financial services. Frank has extensive experience in process improvement, financial reporting and budgeting with prior experience to include P&L responsibility for national and international companies with multi-site divisions.. His operational experiences provide leadership in the development and evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Frank is a graduate of Harding University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and has passed the CPA exam.
Field Operations Director
Juan joined the Harrison Contracting team in 2001 as a painter. He rapidly progressed to Foreman and then to General Superintendent over the entire painting division. Juan’s knowledge of field operations, people skills, attention to detail and organization recently earned him a promotion to Director of Field Operations. He is an integral part of the continued growth at Harrison Contracting.

Project Management Director
Krystle Wilson Came to Harrison Contracting in July 2011, bringing with her at the time 7 years of experience in an office environment. She started out in this company as our front desk receptionist, moved into a Project Assistant position where she built relationships with some of our high profile clients along with training to become a Project Manager. She is currently our Project Management Director and ensures that the highest quality of customer service is provided to all of customers along with providing administrative support in areas of compliance, regulations, and procedures.

Rhonda joined Harrison Contracting in 2008 as an Estimator. She moved into the Project Manager position in which she is responsible for several of our Facility Maintenance accounts and general construction projects. Rhonda has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and has worked as a Project Manager with several General Contractors and Paint Contractors in the Atlanta area. She has a degree from Auburn University from the School of Architecture in Interior Design.

Mark has been in the construction industry since 1988. With over 15 years of project management experience he brings a complete understanding of the construction process from start to finish. Mark owned his own company for over a decade before deciding to come to Harrison Contracting Co. as a project manager in 2015. Rachel brings her knowledge, experience and ability for creative problem solving to Harrison’s National Account Division. Growing up in the construction industry influenced Rachel to attend Southern Polytechnic State University and pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration; she became OSHA certified in 2014. She is involved with each of her projects from the very earliest stages all the way through to completion. Rachel approaches all projects with a mindset towards keeping each of her projects on time and on budget with the end result of a satisfied customer.

Based out of the Atlanta office, he monitors a wide variety of projects. His 20 years of experience in his field helps to deliver quality and consistency to his jobs. Eugene started his own business in 2005 doing commercial contracting for several contractors in and around Georgia for over 8 years. He works on new construction as well as updating old. Eugene’s work ethic makes him a great asset to our team.
Regina is a native of Douglas County. She has been with Harrison Contracting since November of 2002. She was new to the construction industry when she began her role here in accounts payable. Kelly joined the Harrison Contracting team in the spring of 2015 as our company receptionist. Kelly’s eagerness to learn and her unique ability to multi task has enabled her to advance to Operations assistant. She grew up in a team environment playing sports through her youth and collegiate years. She now brings that same team commitment and organization to all of her projects.
Morgan joined us in the fall of 2016. She brings an administrative background to our team with more than four years experience. Her positive attitude and organizational skills help to keep everything in line for our clients and field team. Anna joined HCC in the spring of 2016. She brings several years of administrative experience in the construction and property management industries. Originally from North Carolina, Anna relocated to Villa Rica in 2013. Anna attended Central Carolina community College where she earned a degree in accounting. Luis learned from the age of 16 how to paint. When he started with Harrison in 2005, he knew he would be able to utilize his 13 years of experience to continue to grow with Harrison Contracting. Since he began as a painter, he has proven that his skills are a great asset by making his way into the Superintendent roll. William Salguero, who is also based out of our Atlanta office, has been with Harrison Contracting Co. for nearly 11 years. He monitors a variety of projects with customer’s both new construction and maintenance. William’s primary focus is with our general contracting clients.
Cliff joined the HCC team in 2014 as a foreman in our Carpentry/Maintenance division. He came to us with more than 20 years of experience in all types of construction and maintenance. In 2016, we moved cliff into the Field Superintendent position where he keeps track of our Atlanta team of Facility Maintenance techs as well as a variety of remodel projects throughout his region. Cliff takes great pride in delivering top quality customer service to our clients while maintaining efficiency of our crews. Safety and Quality Director
Scott joined Harrison Contracting in 2002 with 15 years of painting and carpentry experience. Scott began his tenure as Foreman in the painting division, advanced to Superintendent in 2003, and in the spring of 2004, Scott was promoted to General Superintendent over the carpentry division, and most recently to Safety and Quality Assurance. Scott's attention to detail and safety training has led to a constant improvement in our quality standards and safety practices.

Safety and Quality Coordinator
Alicia is responsible for Safety Coordination, which includes implementation and enforcement of company safety policies. She also does the personnel training, record keeping and interfacing with governmental agencies such as OSHA, NIOSH, EPA. Also her work includes incident investigation and resolution maintaining company safety records. Jennifer joined Harrison Contracting in early 2015 in the estimating department. She brings with her 10 years of estimating experience. Angela joined the Harrison Contracting accounting department in 2013 and has resided in Carroll County since 2007, after relocating from South Florida. She majored in Accounting Technology at Broward Community College. Her background includes 15 years of combined experience in Banking, Governmental Procurement and Corporate Accounts Payables in excess of $15 million per year. Some of her daily goals at Harrison include accuracy in the Payables Department and maintaining good relationships with vendors and co-workers.

Tiffany has been in the Douglasville Area for over 40 years. She joined Harrison Contracting in the Estimating Department in March 2017. She brings with her 20 years of experience in the Commercial Construction Industry including retail, medical, office space, education, hospitals, tenant buildout and warehouses. Tiffany has built relationships with several GC's and plans to continue to build up these relationships while at Harrison.
John joined Harrison Contracting Co. in 2017. He brings with him more than 10 years of experience in the painting industry. His focus is on delivering the highest level of customer service possible, while maintaining production and efficiency in the field. John focuses on our multi-site programs throughout the country as well as new construction and remodel projects.
Division Manager– Destin
Terry has been with Harrison Contracting since February 2011. He started as a job site superintendant and has since progressed to Division Manager for the Destin office. He comes to Harrison with twenty years experience in commercial general contracting. Ten years of that has been spent on large projects such as the Village at Baytown Wharf in Sandestin, The Presidio Landmark, the Disney Museum, and the San Francisco Passport Office, all in San Francisco. His years of general construction experience bring a welcome insight into the total jobsite perspective.
Diana has been with Harrison Contracting since spring of 2015 as a Project Assistant. Originally from the west coast she has been living in the Destin area over the last 10 years. Diana brings several years of Construction related experience; from estimating fire and water damage clean up and rebuild, supervising the field crew and sub-contractors. She also has many years’ experience in a Construction related office environment. She enjoys working with the Harrison team to assist in the Destin division’s continued growth.
Allison joined the Harrison Contracting Team in September 2015. She brings 20 years of sales and marketing experience ranging from Advertising, Contract Furniture and Painting Contracting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida. Allison strives to build a positive client relationship and has proven successful in sales. She has a passion for helping customers solve their problems. Her professional experience and dedication to customers brings a unique insight and perspective to the painting industry. Allison focuses on business development in the Gulf Coast Market.
Mark joined the Harrison team in 2015. A native of Syracuse New York, he brings over 25 years in Commercial Construction experience. After just over a year working in the field as a Foreman; Mark has recently been promoted to Project Manager. Mark’s main objective is a safe and productive jobsite resulting in a high quality finish.
Division Manager - Maintenance
Steve joined Harrison Contracting in 2009 and brought with him an extensive background from previous employment ranging from software services at IBM, as a National Account Service Manager for The Raymond Corporation, and as a Maintenance manager for Home Depot. Steve is a licensed to service commercial broadcast radio equipment, FAA Radar, is an Instrument rated Commercial Pilot, and is a Major in the USAF Auxiliary CAP. Steve manages the Tampa office specializing in work order maintenance for our Facility clients such as Office Depot, Advance Auto, and hhgregg, Steve's expertise in disaster recovery has led to Harrison Contracting's role as the National Recovery contractor for Office Depot.

Division Manager Tampa - Painting
Rich is a Cherokee county native having called Georgia his home since the age of 12. He brings over 19 years of field, operations and project management in commercial and residential building and development. In the last 10 years he has worked primarily as an operations and project manager for General Contractors on large scale federal projects from Charleston to Jacksonville. He previously owned his own design and build firm based out of Douglas County, and believes strongly in an employee owned, customer centric business model. In addition, he is involved in many facets of sustainable development, a member of the GAHB Green Building Council, and a Nationally Certified Earth Craft Professional Builder.
Project Assistant - Tampa Paint
Lynda originally joined Harrison Contracting in 2013. After a brief hiatus, she rejoined our team in 2015. Lynda is a native New Yorker and became a Florida transplant in 1992. While pursing a degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine, she had taken on a role of administrative assistant, and has not looked back since. Lynda’s 20 + years of experience in different industries with her role ranging from an Executive Assistant to an Account Manager has contributed to her extensive knowledge of business and operational procedures. This has been her foundation for providing excellent support to team members and especially to our clients.
Project Assistant - Tampa Maintenance
A Miami native, Marieli moved to Tampa after earning her degree in Graphic Design. With over 10 years of executive assisting experience she found a place in the construction industry after her move. She came to HCC with 5 years of experience in the industry. She brings a strong work ethic, organizational skills & attention to detail to our Tampa office.
Bill joined the Harrison Contracting Team in July 2015. He brings over 40 years experience in the paint and coatings industry. Having been employed by multiple coating manufactures, he has received extensive training on commercial and industrial products, surface preparation and coating application techniques. He also has multiple years experience on the contractor side with experience in estimating and project management.
Mike joined Harrison Contracting, Tampa, in 2012, bringing over 30 years of construction management and general contracting experience. A native of Atlanta, he received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Tech. Mike is involved with Facilities Maintenance and project management in Tampa, and is a state certified General Contractor license holder in Florida.
