Commercial painting requires us to constantly evaluate our performance to eliminate complacency and we do this by reviewing every project weekly with field teams and monthly for progress updates. We are deliberate in our organized and flexible approach to meet the demands and ensure we deliver on completion timelines.
COMMERCIAL PAINTING
OUR APPROACH
We primarily work in two areas; repainting and new construction painting. Repainting is made up of both nationwide multi-site while local repainting is typically direct-to-owner (DTO) which is driven by our divisions. New construction commercial painting is limited to the southeastern US within 200 miles of our Villa Rica offices. We believe in the volume model where we understand the “give and take” of a rollout program. We strive to eliminate change orders and site-specific proposals. From a simple menu pricing model to a geographic approach, we work diligently to develop a program that allows us to maintain brand consistency for each of our clients no matter how many storefronts or geographic locations.
Our approach to scheduling and logistics allows us to complete programs and projects with minimal interruption to operations. Our project managers and superintendents work closely with on-site contacts to create and communicate schedules that are mutually beneficial.
